PRODUCT DESIGN

Description

Product Design, is a broader concept that encompasses the entire process of creating a new product, from conceptualization to realization. It involves translating customer needs, market research, and business requirements into a tangible product that fulfills those needs. Product Design includes activities such as ideation, sketching, prototyping, testing, and refining the product concept. It also considers factors such as aesthetics, ergonomics, usability, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.

During the Product Design phase, designers work on refining the product concept, creating detailed specifications, selecting appropriate materials, and determining manufacturing processes. They collaborate closely with engineers, stakeholders, and other experts to ensure that the product design aligns with technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and market expectations. The aim is to create a product that is not only functional but also desirable and competitive in the market.

Product Modeling and Product Design are iterative processes that often involve multiple rounds of refinement and validation. The goal is to create a final product design that meets the target specifications, solves the identified problem, and delivers value to the end-users.
